Gazette Search (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website and platform at gazette-search.com. We act as the responsible party for the personal information we collect through the Platform.
Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) your company name. If you set an API key, we store it in encrypted form.
Billing information. Paid subscriptions and usage credits are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers; Stripe stores and processes payment details on our behalf and returns a customer reference and the last four digits of the card.
Usage information. We log search queries you run, watchlist entries you create, and basic request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.
Analytics information. Subject to your cookie preferences, we collect aggregated usage statistics (page views, navigation paths, device class) through Google Analytics 4.
Communications. If you contact support, we retain the message and any context you provide so we can respond.
