While Government Gazette notices are public government documents, the compilation, organisation, structuring, search indexing, cross-referencing, and presentation of such data within the Platform constitutes an original database and an original work protected under South African copyright law, including the Copyright Act 98 of 1978, as amended. Reproducing or extracting this compiled dataset in whole or in part is prohibited without our written consent.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Platform for your own internal business or professional purposes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
